The living area provides ample room for you to personalise your space, easily accommodating a family sized lounge suite, television, dining suite and sideboard. New Zealand-made, environmentally friendly 100% wool carpeting is in a neutral shade to compliment any decor. All Highgrove Retirement Village apartments are fitted with a heat pump which keeps the apartment pleasantly cool in summer, and toasty warm in winter.
Should you wish to provide all your own meals you can cook up a storm in the thoughtfully laid out kitchen. Practical and easy to keep clean (but good looking too), granite bench tops and ceramic tiling typify the quality finish.
A Licence to Occupy at Highgrove comes with a complete whiteware package including a full height fridge/freezer, oven, hob, range extractor and a Fisher & Paykel dishdrawer.
Bedrooms for a good nights' rest
Apartments at Highgrove Retirement Village are available in either one or two bedrooms options. Designed to accommodate either a King or two single beds, the master bedroom features a double fitted wardrobe with mirrored doors. To ensure a quiet night’s sleep, there’s double-glazing throughout the apartment.
Telephone and television jacks are standard in each master bedroom, as well as an emergency 24-hour call button.
Bathrooms & Laundry
The bathroom is designed for independent living and is equipped with high quality fixtures and fittings. An easy-access shower and well placed grab rails make bathroom use easier even when mobility is compromised. A 24/7 emergency call button is also located in the bathroom.
